AIM Sports Club, in partnership with OneLife Yoga Studio, has launched Yogaflow as a means for our stressed-out AIM students and faculty to unwind and de-stress right inside the Asian Institute of Management campus.
In the 12 sessions, our AIM yogis are given the opportunity to try different kinds of yoga: Gentle Flow, Vinyasa, Iyengar and Hatha yoga; which are open to beginners, intermediate and advanced yoga practitioners alike.
The program successfully launched on April 21, Friday which also featured sponsors Raw Bites Box, Certified Calm, Juju Eats and OneLife.
Yogaflow season one sessions are every Wednesdays and Fridays. Schedule is as follows:
